Hi! I’m Bianca Zavala, an Account Specialist at Bliss Speech & Hearing Services. I help keep things organized behind the scenes while making sure our patients and families feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported.
With a background in administration, billing, customer service, and life coaching, I have a genuine passion for helping people. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I enjoy connecting with families and being someone they can count on throughout their experience with Bliss. I believe that compassion, patience, and a positive attitude can make all the difference!
Outside of work, I’m a proud plant mom who loves painting, crafting, traveling, and watching documentaries. I’m naturally bubbly, love bringing a little joy wherever I go, and enjoy finding ways to keep life fun!
