Hello! My name is Amy Munoz. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, Community Liaison, and Marketer with a passion for connecting individuals and families to high-quality, meaningful care. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Texas and my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. My career has been dedicated to building trusted relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding access to essential services.
I began my work in private adoption, supporting both birth mothers and adoptive families while serving as a community liaison during pivotal life moments. I later transitioned into pediatric healthcare, where I coordinated care for medically complex children and guided families through complex healthcare systems with clarity and support. My experience also includes Pediatric Extended Care Centers, where I led outreach efforts, developed referral relationships, and increased community awareness of specialized services.
I am deeply committed to creating meaningful connections—whether working directly with individuals and families or collaborating with providers and community partners. I value trust, professionalism, and intentional relationship-building, and I am driven to create pathways that improve access, experience, and outcomes for those we serve.
I am proud to be part of the Bliss Speech and Hearing Services team as a Community Liaison and Marketer. At Bliss, I focus on cultivating strategic partnerships, elevating awareness of our services for both children and adults, and connecting individuals and families to the care and support they need.
Outside of my professional work, I have been married for 25 years to my amazing husband, Breck, and we have three wonderful children—Ashley (22), Dylan (21), and Brady (17). My family is a constant source of joy and inspiration in everything I do.
