Madison Hart

Hi! My name is Madison Hart, and I am a licensed speech-language pathologist in Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas, Callier Center for Communication Disorders.

My specialties include supporting gestalt language processors and autistic children, introducing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and treating receptive and expressive language delays. I also treat orofacial myofunctional disorders, an area I am passionate about continuing to grow in. My therapy is play-based, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming, and I work closely with families so that progress carries over into everyday life.

My career has been rooted in private practice, where I helped launch a pediatric clinic and gained a deeper understanding of the operational side of therapy services. Through it all, my favorite part of being an SLP has been empowering parents. No one loves a child more than their parents, and I truly believe that when parents feel equipped and confident, their children thrive. I love bringing that same spirit to my role as Team Lead, empowering our clinicians through mentorship and collaboration.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two cats, Mango and Miso. I also love pottery and find it to be a grounding, creative outlet, at least when my creations make it out in one piece!
