Hello! My name is Matthew. I joined Bliss Speech & Hearing in January 2026, where I support administrative tasks such as insurance, billing, front desk coordination, and patient communication. My experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant has allowed me to help improve patient care, streamline workflows, and create a more positive and welcoming experience for patients and families.
I am a licensed Physical Therapist in the Philippines and have been working as a Medical Virtual Assistant since 2024. With my background in pediatrics, rehabilitation, and healthcare support, I enjoy lending a helping hand to both patients and providers by keeping things running smoothly and delivering attentive, compassionate service.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, playing sports, watching anime, or keeping up with Formula 1 (huge Red Bull fan here!). I also love spending time with loved ones, trying out new food spots, and going on spontaneous trips whenever I get the chance.
