I joined Bliss Speech and Hearing in January of 2025, and am so excited to be part of the team! I graduated with my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Literary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. I returned to UT Dallas to pursue a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, where I also earned my Master’s degree in Communication Disorders while completing my doctorate degree.
I have previously worked in the school setting as a speech-language pathologist, and in clinical research for 10 years. In addition to providing speech/language therapy services at Bliss, I also serve as a part-time lecturer for the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing at the University of Texas at Dallas. My specialties in speech-language pathology include articulation and phonology, as well as treating motor speech disorders. My favorite part of being an SLP is providing patients with a voice to express themselves. I am also inspired by the hard work they put into each session!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, completing games and puzzles, and reading books.
